Post subject: Non working power windows

I have a 1993 Honda Civic EX, all the power window, including the driver side have completly stopped working. We thought it was a blown out fuse but that was not the case. Any ideas what is wrong with it? I'm thinking it might be an electrical problem. How costly is this to repair?
