Was it running before? Do you have fuel pressure when you crank? It could be
the fuel pump relay... which I think it part of Klima relay.

Might need to diagnose the problem a bit further for some help.

1. Crank the engine over and then pull a couple of spark plugs - are they
wet and smell of petrol?
Yes - fuel is getting through the carb - goto 2.
No - there is a fuel delivery problem. Sort that out.

2. Put the spark plug back in the cap and rest it on the engine, then have
someone crank the engine over. Look at the spark, is it a good blue/yellow,
is it regular.
Yes - the ignition circuit is working - but !!!
No - you have to trouble shoot the ignition circuit. Best do a weblookup on
ignition circuit problems and work through those, there are quite a few
items that can cause dramas.

Are spark plugs fouled or dry?

do you 'see' a spark if you turn engine over when plug is out? Remember to
ground the plug somewhere. Simpler yet, just pull the center wire going to
the distributor and see if you get nice sparks.... try this in the evening.

cheers
