Nice.
Looks like a complete C.B.Performance T1 turbo kit.
What are you going to use as a controller? I cant tell from the pictures.
I bet your wife has yet to see the invoice..
There is one thing you can improve fairly easy/reasonable on the kits
plumbing(If you like ofcause), and it is the T piece between the
throttle bodies. Have a Y shaped pipe made-up, perhaps locally? Improves
the flow quite a bit.
I used to read the Turbomania book over and over in my younger days..As
well as any other Turbo literature that is. Which was as close as I ever
got. 8=[

the hideaway header has an adjustible wastegate on the number 2 exhaust
pipe. I think i'll be modifying it in the manner that Marty Staggs does, by
putting the wastegate piped off of the collector....The EFI system is the
new "easy tune" EFI.... the ecu is going to control the fuel duties as well
as the ignition duties...
as far as the pressure pipe, that system gets good reviews from lots of
folks...im building this engine as a street engine and will max out at or
below 6500rpm's, so it will flow plenty...
the wife knows what it cost, and it wasn't bad... >> Stay informed about: whoops, on topic |
