Hi,
Im hoping someone can help me out with a few wiring problems. The rats
have decided to make a home under the manifold cover of my 93 GMC 6.5
turbo. Ive repaired several wires but there are two that Im unsure of.
They are in the back of the engine, behind the fuel filter. The first
is directly behind the fuel filter along the firewall. All I see from
this wireharness is a plug that had one wire in the middle of it. It
is chewed down to the connector and I have no clue where it went/goes.
I can tell it was purple but I cant see if it had a stripe or not. If
someone could look and find this connector maybe you can tell me where
the wire that comes out of it leads to, so I can find the other end.
The one other wire is green wire that comes out of the wireharness
with the other wires that go to the connector and then to the fuel
filter. It doesnt look like this green wire goes to that connector..
but its chewed off right at the wire harness so again, I have no idea
where it should go.
If anyone has one of these engines and could spare the time and effort
to check this out I would deeply appreciate it.
Thanks,
Bob
