Folks:

I felt good about this one.

One tire was flat. After examination, I found that there was no nail.
Various shops either wanted to replace the rim or tire (about $200
each).

I pumped it up and heard leaking between the rim and tire right about
where the weight was. I removed that weight and it was good again.
