Post subject: tire hop Get Alert

I have an 02 International 4300 DT466.
When I get up to freeway speed the front tires hop.
It starts at 65 but will stop around 70. I've done alot of work on it but
can't figure it out.
shocks, king pins, and new front tires.
HELP.
