If the driver's window is often open while it is raining, the contacts in
the master switch can become corroded over time from the moisture that gets
on it, which is why I think the driver's master switch tends to fail more
often than other switches on some cars.
In the case of the right rear window, I'd guess that the motor may be bad or
the regulator is stuck or binding. An easy way to check the window is to
apply 12 volts directly to the motor to see if it moves up or down. There
are 2 sets of contacts on the motor connector for up and down. Just watch
your fingers so they don't get pinched in the regulator. If applying 12
volts doesn't work, then the motor is suspect.
