Post subject: service light problem

Hi all

Im kinda new to this car thing but i have a bit of a problem if anyone can help me please?

I bought my peugeot 206, 2002 reg in november i drove away from the garage all was good 2 days later the spanner light apeared on my dash so i return to the garage they said i need a service so after a few words they agreed to give me one.

1 month later the spaner returned so i took it back they said it need resteing so they did it, it know said that i had 1500 miles to my nxt service i thought all was well.

Two weeks later the goddam spaner returned so i took it back AGAIN they repeated the above adn this happed the followin 2 weeks later then 1 week later were at thiks point i was very annoyed they said dont worry about it.

Thats all good and well for them to say that its not there car, so i took it upon myself to get a diagnostic check no faults were found i thought this was strange they then rest it and it said i had 18750 miles till a service was needed, 4 days later the spanner returned i took it back and they rest it again i dont wanna go on like this foreva can anyone help please.

turn the ignition on while holding the trip button on, it will count down from 10, keep trip pushed in and will reset to 12000
