ripped seal on brake booster under dash

I have a ripped seal under the dash on the brake booster ( black seal with a black boot that cover the yellow plastic tube surrounding the brake cylinder plunger).trying to get info, part #. don't have the $ for a complete booster unit W/Traction control. 1999 Volvo S-80

Volvo does not sell any parts for the brake booster the boot you ask
about is not available as you already know you are going to have to bite
the bullet conner or later & purchase the booster. About 4 hours of
labor to install
