Gee, my '88 is blue, and the only real bad spots are...the bumpers!

As I mentioned before, I got some flex primer, but am going with
Dupli-Color paint. But, then, thanks to the wet environment (car came from
Canada to New England) it has a couple holes and some rust bubbling up. It
has been garaged for the past 3 years, so it's slowed down quite a bit.
But I will be doing the whole car either the end of the summer or early
next year.

Be prepared for a Parts Nightmare! They're getting scarce!

Pretty decent trade.

Assuming yu're new to this group, here's a line up I've had in the past 5
years.
I've had a Corolla GTS since 1986. 1985 model with the 4A-GE.
In 2001 I bought a '95 Tercel with an AT. 45 MPG. Sold it to get the
Supra. Perhaps no great mileage, but I have the Sport Roof. 19 MPG? Who
cares?!?!
I had an '85 Celica GTS, 22RE I bought in 2002. Drove it for 4 years and
gave it away becuase I was sinking the $$$ into the Supra, and the Celica
was starting to rust. Had just put a 22RE from a '91 PU in it and then
other sh!t started to break. Like giving away one of my kids...
1983 Tercel AWD Wagon. What a blast in the winter. Painted it bright
yellow so it would be seen at night. It sure was. Scrapped it when I got a
'92 Grand V'Ger w/ AWD. Van suited my purposes better.

Also have an '05 Scion tC I picked up in September. Wooo-Hooo!
And, an '89 626 I drive in the winter so the Scion and the Supra stay nice
and clean! Wink

80 miles West of Boston. I lived in Andover and <UGH> Lawrence for a
while, and then went to Nashua for a couple years, back in the late
70's/early 80's.

I have an '88, NA Sport roof, leather, Canadian model. Nice, but
constantly Needs Work! Wink

As far as Yammy's I had a '74 RD400, a '71 DT175, and a '74 DT400. Sold
the RD after almost getting killed 5 times (because of IDIOTS!) and
decided Off Road was a lot safer!

When I was a kid, I used to build plastic models. Now I play with the Real
Deal!

Well, I am the MAster of Cheap, and usually "Get By" with as little $$$ as
possible. But, if you're going to the trouble of removing the bumper(s),
might as well do it properly in one shot!

BTW, mine is the blue, too, and the bumpers are shot...

That's all I know. I had an engineer friend that went to bc in the 60's,
and that was part of the unofficial 'school song'.
