Jack,
No, that shouldn't bother it at all, not sure about that charger but you
can probably just leave it on all the time, there are battery chargers
just made to keep a battery used so little charged (Maintenance chargers).
When you do drive the car you should drive it at least long enough to
make sure the engine is throughly warmed up, otherwise it's going to
start sludging up.
