Post subject: Best way to remove/prevent rust on '97 Suburban
Archived from groups: alt>trucks>chevy (more info?)

I have a white '97 Suburban that is in fantastic shape, however the
rear left cargo door is starting to rust in the hinges and also along
the bottom inside of the door. What is the recommended method for rust
removal/prevention in these locations?

While I'm at it, I also have a large tear worn in the leather driver's
seat from getting in and out - are there any easy fixes for this?

Thanks for any ideas or assistance!
