reliantK stalling prob

seems as though the reliantK is very carbonned @ the plugs,been through the timing marks/belt,tps,ais,carb temp,sens,swapped throttle bodies,coolant sens,coil swapped,vacuum lines/tees redone,new fuel filter,.pick-up coil replaced(distrib.)........car will rev up and/or stall and needs prompting with fuel to keep running........I'm all outta ideas,help!
