I bought a replacement mirror thru Honda.My wife's original mirror's tab
broke. Question how do you get the old one off??I see a groove on the bottom of the mount but don't know how to dislodge the darn thing. Any advice??

Rear Break question on Accord 2000 - I recently replaced the rear break pads on my Honda Accord V6 2000 LX. I noticed that the outer pads have the shims attached to the pads, but the inner pads do not have the shims. Is this normal?
