Hi, I have an 03 elantra and whenever its really cold out, my car makes a chirping kind of noise and sometimes a very loud screech.. also whenever i turn the wheels it makes the same type of noise.. anyone know what the problem is?
maybe this would help with figuring out the problem too.. while driving once, i was making a right turn and the steering wheel kinda got stuck and the car started to lose power and it started to make the high pitch screeching noise.. then after a couple of seconds, it got okay again... so if anyone could help me, that'd be great, thanks!

Okay dude, you might try the pump or remove all the fluid, you have to prime it again. With your motor running, turn the wheel all the way to the right till it stops, then all the way to the left till it stops, do that a few times, then check to be sure the fluid is still full. That should help. Good luck
