no park lights or dash lights?

When I turn on the park lights nothing happens. None on the front, back or the ones for the plates. These lights remain off even with the lights on high or low. Has anyone ever come across this or has any ideas on how to fix it.

The car is a 2006 BF Mk II falcon. Would rather try and do it at home than at a mechanic.
