Your primary O2 heater system is bad. Either the wiring to the sensor or the
sensor itself is bad. Learn to diagnose the problem before replacing parts.
Could save you a fortune.

Or he bought a Bosch sensor.(I've not heard good things about them..)

Yea, it is a shame people don't diagnose a problem before throwing parts at
it....

failing,and that is not easy to test for.Perhaps he originally had a reason
for changing them.

Don't totally agree as the OBDII diagnostics measures the rise and fall time
of the sensor and will flag a code if it is out of spec.
