Defective thermostat
Air trapped in the engine cooling system
Blocked heater core
Mixer door not working properly

1991 Nissan Pickup and 1993 Nissan Pickup-- Same engine? - I am looking at picking up a 1991 Nissan pickup V6 for the head. Do they have the same engine in 1993? Warm engine, cold heater - This should be an easy one. My 1993 Sentra XE has fewer than 50,000 original miles. Lately the temp indicator in the dash either registers very low or doesn't budge at all. With the engine warm and the heater full on, the vent air is only slightly warm...
gas fumes entering van thru heater - its a 1996 quest. no apperant leaks under the hood. fumes seams to be stronger when the engine is cold.
