Post subject: intrepid smoking

I have a 2001 Chysler Intrepid. The Coolant is leaking. It looks like it is leaking from a 1in. diameter pipe that is in front of the engine. It is smoking severly. The Coolant is being refilled every 10 miles it seems. Any help would be appreciated on what I should do next.
