please help me!!

hi guys i have a pug 206, which is a X plate
i was driving it down the road and huge amount of smoke came out the dash. it was defo wires buring.
pulled over and opened the hood and there was nothing there, put my hazards on but as soon as i pressed it, it got a short curcit some were and the clicking noise from the hazard lights webt crazy . no headlights, indicators, central locking or imobiliser seems to work now, the car cranks but dnt start.

had it checked, and the guy replaced the the grounf wire from the battery
but he assued something under the fuse box is gone and he also assumed it was a multi function somthing

can any one help me please
