Hard Shifting On 2004 Cavalier - Today I was out and about and the car was normal. I came out and started to take off and the car had a hard time shifting in reverse, second and forth gears. I was wondering what could possibly wrong with this? The or clutch?

Help me with my cavalier - I have a 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier. It is getting gas, i changed the plugs, wires, packs, and some under hood relays andit will not start. Can anyone give me some advice on what to look for and what to check? thank you
