Request handling and opinions of Tacoma redesign (I have a..

Hello.

I have a 2001 Tacoma 4x4. I'm starting to consider getting a new
Tacoma, but my biggest complaint about my current one has always been
the rather bad or at least unsettling handling around turns and such.
I assume it is because it has a high center of gravity and relatively
low weight and all that. The new Tacoma design is wider so I'm
wondering if the handling is significantly improved? And any other
comments.

It's easy enough to go drive one. And yes, they are a completely different
animal. Suggest you drive one with and one without the TRD Off-Road
suspension. I made a similar upgrade, and am 100% pleased with the
difference. But I also went from a reg cab to a double cab, so it's a bit
longer.
