petrol in my diesel tank - hi, i have just done the most stupid thing and put £10 of petrol in my diesel 406 on the n plate, i didnt realise this untill 15 miles later when my car came to a halt, it pulled back a few times before this happened, i tried starting the car many times,.

Fuel leak - Noticed when getting a slow puncture patched up that my 406 has been leaking petrol. I did wonder why I'd been doing less than a hundred miles per fifteen quid for the past few weeks. The peccy had been dripping down slowly from around the fuel tank..

fuel prob - if i go under half a tank of fuel my car keeps cutting out then i have to wait a bit and try and start it, it always starts after a few mins. if i have over a full tank the car runs perfect HAS ANYONE ANY IDEAS PLEASE

I have decided to scrap my 306 diesel P reg but it has £40 of fuel in
it. I've been told it has an anti-syphon system. I still need to
drive
it to the scrap yard. Any ideas how I get it out?

When u get to scrap yard pull one of the pipe off from under the car
and you should be able to get your fuel that way.or ask them at the
yard if they could do it for you,

I bought a syphon and pumped it out of the filler tube. There was no anti-syphon device. >> Stay informed about: How to get fuel out of tank
