I have the 1MZFE v61996 camry xle can anyone tell me where the pvc valve is?

my 91 doesnt have one, look on the valve cover for a hose going inside
it, remove it and look.

The 96 should be new enough that it doesn't use a fixed orifice for
PCV like on Toyota's earlier engines. Look on the right hand bank
valve cover, under the intake plenum. (near the passenger side
firewall).

Check autozone.com's free repair guide, it's there under

"Driveability & emissions Controls"
--> "Emission Controls"
--> "Crankcase Ventilation System"
--> Figure 5

Pick up a PCV valve AND grommet. Make sure the old one doesn't break
up and fall into the valve cover when you try to take it off. IIRC
should be about $6-8 for both at the dealer.
