engine light and tcs light ON and D4 indicator in flashing

I have just purchased an 2001 Honda Oddessy Van. I drove it to home without any problems. After about 4 days when I started the van I was surprised to see that the engine light, TCS lights are ON and the D4 indicator is flashing. The van hardly moves forward on D4, but the other gear positions are working. When I change to D4, it reverses as if the van is on reverse gear.

Please suggest remedy for the same. :

I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey with the same problem. I was wondering if you ever got an answer for this issue.
