electrical problem!!

hey everybody, i got a 98 avenger that's recently been handed down to me by my bro. i had it repainted and had the aftermarket mods taken off.
lately, my car would not really draw any power from the battery for some reason. i have a battery charger and it says the battery is fully charged but it wont start, wont even turn on the reading lamp when i open the door.

so the battery is charged it wont start. i also have a mitymite jump starter and only this way does it start.

it is not a draining problem as it is always charged so would could be the problem?

YOU NEED TO CHECK THE CABLES THE ONLY WAY A BATTERY WOULD
GIVE YOU A READING THAT IT IS GOOD IS BY BEING GOOD SO THATS NOT THE PROBLEM GO THROUGH THE CABLE OR JUST REPLACE THEM CORROISON HAS A NASTY HABIT OF EATING THE WIRE UNDER THE COVERING ON THE CABLES ALSO MAKE SHURE ALL CONNECTIONS ON THE BATTERY, ALT, AND THE STARTER ARE CLEAN.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND IF IT STILL WILL NOT START ON ITS OWN
