New Beetle electric folding wing mirrors

How do you get the wing mirrors to fold in? the manual states i have
electric folding mirrors and there is a small drawing on the electric
mirror button, but i cant get them to move in!

the maula is useless and only states 'this model has electric folding
mirrors'

also,

how can i get the spoiler to raise up earlier rather than 94 mph or
pressing the manual button?
