Post subject: electial problem causing battery to go dead?

| i have a 1999 cutlass. The floor lights and window door locks and hear will still work even after the key is removed. the lights will not go off at all which causes my battery to go dead over and over again. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it. PLEASE HELP
