Learned a new one today.

Seems some folks are putting high reserves on cars. They figure no one will meet the reserve and they can then call the highest bidder and negotiate a price and avoid paying eBay fees on the sale. It's sort of like raising the price 25% and discounting the item 15%.

39'? on ebay - Hi folks, I was looking through ebay and found a listing for a 38 Studebaker 4 door. Since I am restoring the 39 CE and some parts are the same as the 38 (dash mostly) I thought I should check it out. It looks like a 39 to me. Grill and Dash look 39ish....

n.o.s. air dam on ebay( Indiana ) - I'm now 44,so maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me,but is'nt that air dam first series as hawk would have the center brackets.if my eyes are playing tricks on me maybe I should play tricks back.
