chevy 153ci engine rebuilds

Is there anyone is the U.S. who could ship a fully reconditioned chevy
nova II, 1968, 153ci block (short motor) to Scotland, United Kingdom?

By reconditioned I would like rebored, crank re-ground, new pistons,
bearings, etc. Alternatively, a full recon. engine that's been tested
and running as smooth as silk.

I dont know what you would run into in the UK as far as customs. That is

Cost would depend upon the quality of the rebuild.

I would want my cost plus 10%, payment up front. Warranties are voided
