Post subject: car is possessed

my 99 marquis Ls when cold wont start. turn key on 45 seconds will start but runs horrible till warms up then runs like brand new, ford said cam sensor, replaced still same .now they say engine computor closest used 1 is 400 miles away and 100 dollars thats too expensive to change on a hunch any sugestions would think ford would know what problem is they want to use my car as guinnipig at my cost

First, find a new mechanic. This guy must have just got out of tech school
and is using shotgun repair procedures.
Second, clean your idle air control valve (IAC) and see if that makes a
difference.

I heard of cars being posessed. Especially in this economy where
people can't afford the payments.

thanx for the tips i already cleaned that before i changed the motor comp seems to be 100% found a used 1 for a hundred
