Post subject: What car insurance company is best when you have an accident

I'm currently insured with eCar but even though I have Legal Assistance up to £100,000 as an option on my insurance when someone tried to take a shortcut going through my car while trying to get on a slip road my insurance company are refusing to even put my claim to the solicitors for comment. So my question is:

What UK car insurer has the best solicitors and will actually let you talk to them in the event of a crash?

Sorry dude, but don't over think it. Go with the good neighbor and be happy with less worry. Flat out, car insurance is a get what you pay for category. You don't want to be in the worst situation of your life and think, at least i saved a couple bucks when your car is upside down in a tree. I'm driving a brand new Silverado because my old one slammed into a tree and sank halfway into a field after a lady swerved at me in a Prius. i'll never know why, but i'm still lookin for her.
