Post subject: breaking into cars

friend of mine's a cop...had a refresher today on auto theft. turns
out thieves have discovered that the type of 'pull' type locks can be
opened by

drilling a small hole in a tennis ball

placing on keyhole

hittting tennis ball sharply, forcing air into lock....

if these guys got real jobs they'd be millionaires...

Busted. They even used an air compressor - still busted.

what Honda/Acuras use those? Every one I've seen lately have lever locks.
