Post subject: brake lights

2001 ford sport trac, the bulbs burned out, the
four rear on the back, the light bar on the roof
brake and cargo lights work, i replaced the bulbs
and checked all fuses there good. now they all light up, turn sig. work
but when i press on the brake peddle the back lights wont go on.
any help would help

Double checked bulbs and assighned socket
double check fuses

Do all lights flash with the hazard switch on?
Is the hazard switch all the way off when you try the brakes?
Next check the brake light switch at the pedal, the connector, and its wires.
