Usually the fuel pump relay situated in the fusebox.

Could be, or could be all kinds of things from a bad fuel pump relay to a
bad engine control computer. It could be minor or it could be severe,
you don't know until you have it apart.

If it hasn't been driven for a long time, you're probably going to need
to change all fluids and replace a lot of rubber parts at the very least.

If you want to learn how to repair cars, this is probably not the easiest
car to learn on, but it's not bad. Parts are expensive so you're going to
have to learn to do actual diagnosis rather than just throwing parts at a
problem, but everything fits very nicely and you won't find stuff falling
apart as you work on adjacent parts like on some cars.
