Post subject: safety recall

Recieved a letter today from Isuzu (uk) ltd, saying they have identified a
long term safety related concern with the ceramic heater on some models,
mine being one of them, 1993 3.1td. Anyone else had one ?

Where did the letter find you? In Outer Mongolia?
Doesnt say much about the british postal service.
I got the same letter several years ago... :-/
