Post subject: AT fluid in Honda Passport

Hi
Any of you ever changed AT fluid and filter in an Isuzu Rodeo or Honda
Passport? Shop manual says to use n
transmission fluid thermometer. Surely someone knows of a safe way to do
this without the thermometer.

I am talking about the 4L30E transmission here. It is used in other
vehicles as well.
