cant keep fuse in park lights blows as fast as u touch it .like a dead

looking for a wireing diregram for the tail lights,info on how to test a
head light switch also.how can i conferm it is the switch or something
else.i have a dead short at the fuse. i dont see any bad wires.they just
stoped working and that was it blows the fuse as soon as it touches.i hope
some one can help.thanks
