Replaced Clutch, Engine light come on, 91 acura Integra

Recently replaced had the clutch replaced in my integra, now the check engine light is coming on, clutch works fine, engine runs like it should, if not better, but after starting the car and driving for 5 min or so the check engine light comes on, turn car off and then back on and the light goes out, drive for 5 min and the light comes on again, what could this mean?

Anybody remember to reconnect the oxygen sensor?

Turn ignition to ON (but not to START).

Peel carpet back in passenger footwell (from front to back on the angled
portion).

Count blinks of red LED. There may be both short and long blinks in any
combination:

Short, short, short <pause, repeat> = code 3

Long, short, short <pause, repeat> = code 12

Short, short, short <pause>, long, short, short <pause>, <repeat> = code 3
AND code 12.

There may be more than one code stored, so watch carefully. Report back
here.
