Just installed a Offy duel carb setup on my Lark. I cannot get it to
idol under 1300 RPM. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

I know when I set up the R4 dual intake carbs I had trouble getting it
to idle down. What I realized was that the linkage was holding the the
throttle on the carb back. Try removing the linkage, fire it up and
see if it idles down. If it does your linkage is the problem.

Do you have a Uni-Syn carb synchronizer?
Try disconnecting both linkages and adjust the carbs to idle and then hook
the linkage back up.
(leave the return spring(s) on.
The Uni-Syn will alow you to set the first carb and then 'match' the second
carb to the first.
