1993 Nissan Pickup Sluggish acceleration

I have a 1993 Nissan PU 2WD, 2.4L engine, auto trans. It has 150K
miles. It has been a great truck but sluggish and sometimes it "misses"
when accelarating from a stopped position.

I have replaced air filter, breather element, O2 Sensor, spark plugs,
cap and roter, new plug cables, new gas filter. Starts fine and runs
fine except when accelarating. Once it gets rolling, it can accelerate
fairly quick. I have tried using injector cleaner (in tank) followed
by several tanks of unlead+ gas, but no improvement.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I would check the ignition coil and power transistor if they are still in
tolerance...
