Post subject: advice wanted -2003 focus zts removing the moon roof

it seems that some ice has gotten into my moon roof mechanism, and
broken something, so I am looking for directions on how to properly
remove the moon roof completely from the car.
if anyone has directions, a website, or any advice it would all be
greatly appreciated
