It is normally there to use when you have a flat. I took mine out and the
wrench (19mm) and a reversible screwdriver (+ & - blade) are in a pouch with
the part number 97010AA050. Found it online for $35, includes wheel nut
tool, screwdriver, & pouch. Looks like same for Impreza as my Forester.
It is a grey pouch, with the above part number and Subaru in yellow. Not
sure of placement in Impreza, but should be near jack.
