Post subject: Wheel Balance TL

Had wheels balanced on a 2007 TL and do not see any weights on the
outside of the wheels. Do they only go on the inside?

Yep. Weights on the outside look yucky.

and what would be safe to remove the dirty sticky two sided tape used for
the weights?
