Car Was running fine before I pulled into wal mart for 15 minutes. WHen I came back out and put my keys in the ignition, the lights and radio came on as normal, but when I turn the key, there were no signs of life. There's gas in the tank, and power in the battery, but when you turn the ignition, there's no sound at all. The engine doesn't try to turn over at all. All help is well appriciated.

There is NO sound at all when you turn the key? Do you even get a "click"?
It's most likely a bad starter motor, sometimes when they go bad they just go bad like that without warning. It will likely need to be replaced. I would pull it off and have it tested before purchasing a new one to be sure.
Note: AutoZone can test if for you for free if you don't know how to bench-test it yourself.
