1998 Honda Accord V6 Transmission Problem

So I've come to these boards to see if anyone here can figure out what the problem is for my car, seeing as there are some knowledgeable people here.

So the problem occurs mainly in D4 (a little in D3, but way less). So the problem is: When my car goes from 1000 RPM to >2000 RPM too fast the transmission begins to jerk and you can feel it on the inside. It feels as if you're shifting gears and something went horribly wrong. This happens in D4 on a regular basis, but on D3 only once in a while.

Can anyone help with this problem?
