Post subject: V350 timing

I have a '73 Corvette that used to have a V454 in it. The previous owner put in a '75 V350 (don't know the horsepower). It has an HEI distributor. In a Corvete manual I saw these two timing specs. 800rpm/6BTDC and 900rpm/12BTDC. Anyone know what I should do ?
