Since there's been few on-topic posts, I thought I'd inquire as to
attendance at the upcoming USGP. Anyone else going? Will Kimi / Massa
come-thru for Ferrari as in years past? Thoughts?

Regards,
James

Yes, I'll be there (and Montreal as well). I think the LWB car will go
rather nicely in both places. Monaco was never going to suit it.

10% chance of Montreal, 50% of Indy.

Is the LWB longer than the field's average, or just longer than
Ferrari's 2006 car?

Longer than both it seems. McLaren's numbers are a bit mysterious, but
Ferrari made the greatest jump from 305cm in 2006 to 313cm this year.
Last year the F248 was the shortest, now the F2007 is the longest.

Interesting discussion here.

When the car came out, i remember thinking, well, that'll screw Monaco
and Hungaroring, but Indy and Canada should be nice!

No chance Montreal, babysitting a friend's car at the Scarsdale
Concours, hoping for Indy, against hope.

I can see it going well in Canada but I wonder if it really will be that
fast round the Mickey Mouse infield at Indy......

Yes, I am going to the USGP. (Since I live in Indianapolis!)

But I can't find any evidence of a Ferrari (or anybody else) gathering
at the Circle the night before the race. Does anybody know if anything
is planned? The events the last two years were great.
