Turn light issues / electrical

When I use my turn lights, my brake lights/tail lights dim/flicker
along with the turn lights. My dash lights also flicker with the turn
lights but not as much. Anyone know what the cause of this is?

Bad ground at one/both of the rear tail light assembles.
First inspect all rear bulbs and then the ground wiring.
