Anybody have an idea how long Porsche has used the slogan - There is
no substitute?

My earliest recollection is in the move Risky Business in 1983 but
wondered if it had been used before that or possibly as a result of
its use in the movie as far fetched as that might seem.

I remember it from a year or two before the movie (I recognized the
quote when Tom Cruise spoke it), but couldn't tell you the exact date.

Porsche used the slogan since the early 70s. I remember it on a
poster for the early 911 Turbo. The movie just capitalized on its
familiarity, they didn't invent it.

Buying new Porsche - I am buying a new Porsche and have been to the local dealer. However, buying below sticker doesn't seem to be an option there. Has anyone out there succeeded in buying a new Porsche for below sticker? I am looking at a new Cayman S or 997 with target....

Porsche 993 PARTS? - Does anyone want to give me some good ideas of where to find replacement parts for a 1995 Porsche 993? Something in Ontario or Canada would be nice unless the cost are better over in the US (Normal). I'm aware of L.A. Dismantler but what else is out..
